Customize the appearance of your customer portal and emails.
Overview
Make the customer experience feel like your own product by customizing the portal's branding to match your brand identity.
Brand Settings
Configure your brand in Settings → Branding:
Logo
Upload your logo in SVG or PNG format. Recommended dimensions:
- Maximum width: 200px
- Maximum height: 50px
- Transparent background recommended
Colors
Customize the primary colors used throughout the portal:
- Primary color: Buttons, links, and accents
- Accent color: less important callouts and actions
Information
- Brand name: a "pretty" name for your team
- Support email: Shown as contact for help
- Website URL: Link back to your main site
