Migrating to Privato
Looking to migrate to Privato and want to know how?
Users who subscribe to Privato on either the Growth or Scale plan can migrate their existing customer and license data into Privato.
This is a managed service and requires you to reach out to us at [email protected].
Once you reach out, we'll get in touch to further understand your needs and requirements and then work with you to migrate your data into Privato.
Migrations are typically completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your data and requirements.
Pricing
The cost of your migration will depend on the number of licenses you are importing and the subscription plan you are on.
- Growth: $0.10 per license imported.
- Scale: $0.05 per license imported.
For example, if you are on the Growth plan and need to import 850 licenses, your import fee will be $85.
This fee covers the cost of onboarding new users, importing your data, and providing support during the migration process.
